What is an eSIM?

An eSIM is a digital SIM card built into your phone - no physical card needed. You install it by scanning a QR code.

Does my phone support eSIM?

Most recent phones do (iPhone XS and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and others). Look for "Add eSIM" under Settings > Mobile/Cellular. Your phone must not be locked to a carrier.

How do I activate the eSIM?

• Open the email you received after your purchase (the QR code is also in the esimXK app under "eSIMs")
• Go to Settings > Mobile Network > Add eSIM
• Scan the QR code or enter the code manually
• Wait a few seconds until it is activated

When should I activate it?

We recommend installing the eSIM before you travel (on WiFi), but turning on mobile data for it only when you arrive, so the validity days do not start early.

Can I use it on more than one phone?

No. An eSIM is tied to one device and cannot be moved once installed.

I have not received the eSIM email

Check your Spam/Junk folder. If you still cannot find it within 30 minutes, write to support@esimxk.eu with your order number.

Cfare eshte nje eSIM?

eSIM eshte nje karte SIM dixhitale e integruar ne telefon - nuk kerkon karte fizike. Instalohet duke skanuar nje kod QR.

A e mbeshtet telefoni im eSIM?

Shumica e telefonave te fundit (iPhone XS e me te ri, Samsung Galaxy S20 e me te ri, Google Pixel 3 e me te ri, etj.) mbeshtesin eSIM. Kontrolloni te Settings > Mobile/Cellular per opsionin "Add eSIM". Telefoni nuk duhet te jete i bllokuar nga operatori.

Si e aktivizoj eSIM-in?

• Hapni email-in qe morret pas blerjes (kodi QR eshte edhe ne aplikacionin esimXK te "eSIM-et")
• Shkoni te Settings > Mobile Network > Add eSIM
• Skanoni kodin QR ose futeni kodin manualisht
• Prisni disa sekonda derisa te aktivizohet

Kur duhet ta aktivizoj?

Rekomandojme ta instaloni eSIM-in perpara udhetimit (ne WiFi), por ta aktivizoni internetin mobil vetem kur mberrini ne destinacion, qe te mos fillojne te numerohen ditet e vlefshmerise para kohe.

A mund ta perdor ne me shume se nje telefon?

Jo, nje eSIM lidhet me nje pajisje te vetme dhe s'mund te transferohet pasi te instalohet.
