Terms of Use
These terms apply to the website esimxk.eu and the esimXK app for iPhone (together, the "service"). By creating an account or buying a plan you accept them. The service is operated by Granit Murati, Switzerland.
1. The service
esimXK sells prepaid mobile data plans delivered as eSIMs for use while travelling. The mobile connection is provided by licensed partner networks in each destination. The eSIM is used on your phone's cellular network, outside the app.
2. Your device
Before buying, make sure your phone supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked. The installation guide in the app and on the website shows how to check. We are not responsible if a plan cannot be used because the device is not compatible or is locked.
3. Account
- You must give a valid email address and keep your sign-in details safe.
- One account works on both the website and the app.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account) or on the website. See the Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are set in euro (EUR) and include applicable fees at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Amounts shown in other currencies are approximate and for information only; the charge is always in EUR.
5. Plan validity and data
Each plan has a data allowance and a validity period shown before purchase. The validity period usually starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in the destination. Unused data expires at the end of the validity period. Network coverage and speed depend on the local operators.
6. Refunds
Because eSIMs are digital products, a plan cannot be refunded once the activation code has been delivered, except when the eSIM does not work because of a technical fault on our side. Contact support@esimxk.eu and we will help or issue a refund in that case. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
7. Referral credit and loyalty discounts
- When a new user signs up with your referral code, verifies the email and completes a first purchase, both of you receive €0.50 credit.
- Credit is applied automatically at checkout and can cover up to 50% of an order. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred and is lost if the account is deleted.
- Loyalty discounts (Silver 5% from €20 spent, Gold 10% from €50 spent) are applied automatically.
- We may cancel credit obtained through abuse (for example self-referrals or fake accounts) and may change these programmes for future purchases.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal purposes, to send spam, or in a way that harms the networks. Plans are for personal use and may not be resold without our permission.
9. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted coverage, which depends on local operators. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected plan. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Apple App Store
If you use the iPhone app, these terms are between you and esimXK, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms; purchases already made follow the terms in force at the time of purchase.
